Anthony Padilla

After a career-ending injury in baseball, the guy who felt like he had a lot to say and nobody to listen filled the void with comedy… getting to talk to strangers who would listen whether they wanted to or not! Anthony started his career in Arizona, and it wasn’t long before he began working with everyone from 80’s rockers Wang Chung to iconic comedy legend Louie Anderson. He opened nightly for Anderson for a year in Las Vegas at The Louie Anderson Theater at Palace Station before landing his own gig at The Rio. He has also appeared on The CW Network, A&E, The History Channel, and Lifetime. In addition to stand up, Anthony has made quite a name for himself in the emcee world as he was the master of ceremonies for the ‘Miss Asia Arizona Pageant’ 3 consecutive years and has emceed the “Blind Center of Nevada’s” annual charity gala the previous 2 years, both of which took place at the iconic World Market Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Anthony has also become a favorite of the LVHA (Las Vegas Hospitality Association) having become a regular booking for many of their events.

Anthony went on to co-host a weekly sports betting and entertainment show,’The Odds Couple’ with professional sports better and comedian Scott Pritchard. The show appeared on The Vegas Video Network. Simultaneously Anthony could be heard 5 days a week on “The Nick Bonsanto Show” a national sports radio show which broadcasted live from SCORE inside The Luxor. After his stint at The Rio, he moved on to headline his own acclaimed show ‘Comedy After Dark Starring Anthony Padilla’ 5 nights a week in the beautiful Shimmer Cabaret at the historic LVH (formerly The Hilton, now Westgate) Hotel and Casino in the “entertainment capital of the world” Las Vegas, NV. With his quick wit, playful interaction with the crowd, and a storytelling ability that leaves you wanting more, it is easy to see why it won’t be long before Anthony Padilla is a household name. Anthony also made 2 appearances on the late night talk show ‘The After After Party with Steven Michael Quezada’ and has also appeared on the CW Network, A&E, The History Channel, and Lifetime.
